Good data integration, minor UI issues

I signed up for the Health Data Dashboard last month, mainly to get all my wearable data in one place. The Oura Ring Integration and Apple Health Sync worked pretty seamlessly, which was a huge plus. It's great seeing everything on one screen. The AI Health Insights Engine gave some interesting observations, though sometimes I found navigating certain sections a bit clunky. For the price, it offers solid value, but I hope they smooth out the user interface a bit more in future updates. Customer service was responsive when I had a question about connecting my Garmin, took about a day for them to get back to me.

Easy setup, quick insights

Got the Biohacker Dashboard. Setup was fast. Connected my Fitbit and Dexcom CGM. Data loaded quick. Interface is clean. One small graph was slow to load initially, but otherwise good.

Consistently reliable service

This isn't my first time using Heads Up Health; I've had the Metabolic Health Dashboard for over a year now. I originally signed up because I wanted to get all my wearables, like Fitbit and Oura, into one spot, and it did that well. This latest experience, adding the Keto-Mojo integration, was just as smooth as setting up the others. It's always been reliable. I keep coming back because the data is consistently there, easy to read, and it helps me track my progress without any fuss. No surprises, which is what you want with health tracking.

Comprehensive health tracking

I decided to try the Health Data Dashboard last month. The ordering process was simple enough on the website, and I got my login details right away. Integrating my Garmin and Withings scale was quick, maybe 5 minutes tops. I also uploaded some lab results, which took a bit more effort to format but the system handled it. The AI Health Insights Engine is actually pretty useful, gave me a couple of things to think about for my sleep. Customer support responded to a query about Dexcom integration within a day. Overall, it's a solid platform for keeping all my health stuff in one place. Makes understanding my trends much easier.

Decent, but slow sync sometimes

So I got the Biohacker Dashboard a little while ago. It's pretty cool, brings in my Whoop data and all that. Setting it up wasn't too bad, just linked my accounts. But sometimes, the sync for my blood glucose monitor takes forever to update, like a few hours later, which is a bit annoying when I'm trying to track it right away. Everything else works fine, though, and I like seeing all the graphs together.

Pretty good for tracking everything

So I jumped on the individual plan to try and get a handle on all my health stuff. I linked up my Garmin and also used the Lab Results Tracker. It was pretty straightforward, surprisingly. I mean, usually these things are a hassle, but this just worked. Seeing my trends over time has been really helpful. The layout is mostly clean, though one time a specific graph wasn't loading right away. Overall, I'm happy with it; it does what it promises.

Worth the annual savings

As a first-time buyer, I was looking for the best deal, so I opted for the annual billing to save some money. I purchased the Health Data Dashboard. I found the value to be excellent considering all the integrations like Oura Ring and Apple Health. It pulled in everything I needed without any fuss, making my health data much more organized. The Proactive Health Alerts are a neat feature. The initial setup took a little longer than I expected for all my integrations, but once it was done, it was smooth sailing. Definitely felt like a smart purchase for the long run.

Are there any current promo codes floating around for Heads Up Health? January always feels like a good time for health stuff but I haven't seen any discounts.

S Sean Davis 1 month ago
Usually, the best 'codes' are from practitioners or if you do an annual plan. I've never really seen public coupon codes for individual sign-ups, just the annual discount.

J Jeff N. 1 month ago
I think they mostly do deals for health coaches or like, if you get referred by a clinic. For regular users, the free trial or annual subscription is usually the main 'discount' option.

hey, trying to decide between Heads Up Health and Cronometer. anyone used both? what's the big difference for tracking everything?

B Brandon Flores 1 month ago
Heads Up Health is way more comprehensive with labs and medical records, not just food logging. Cronometer is good for nutrition but Heads Up connects to all your wearables and stuff too.

H Hannah Campbell 1 month ago
Yeah, I switched from Cronometer. Heads Up Health handles more than just macros. It's better for seeing the whole picture with bloodwork and devices.

Does Heads Up Health actually work with an Oura ring? I really want to see all my sleep data in one place.

R Rachel A. 1 month ago
Yep, it does. I have an Oura and it connects fine. You can see your sleep stuff alongside other metrics.

Mine works with Oura, and Garmin too. Pretty seamless integration for wearables from my experience.

thinking of signing up for the free trial. what happens if I want to cancel it? is it a pain?

S Sofia Green 1 month ago
Nah, cancelling was straightforward for me. Just log in, go to settings, and there's an option to manage your subscription. No hidden hoops.

D David Torres 1 month ago
Yeah, I cancelled my trial last year. It was pretty quick, didn't have to jump through a bunch of support tickets or anything annoying.

how easy is it to get my Oura Ring data into Heads Up Health? heard some apps can be finicky.

J Jeff Williams 3 weeks ago
Super easy, it just links up directly. No weird workarounds needed, it's one of their main integrations.

A Alex Flores 2 weeks ago
Mine synced right away, like, five minutes tops. You just grant permission and it pulls everything over.

hey, was wondering if anyone's tried the annual subscription for Heads Up Health? does that 15-20% saving actually make a difference?

J Jason Smith 4 weeks ago
yeah, it's pretty solid. i've been on the annual plan for about 6 months now and it's definitely cheaper than doing monthly. saves a decent chunk over the year.

A Andrew 4 weeks ago
totally, i switched to annual after my trial ended. the percentage they claim is legit.

are there usually any coupon codes floating around for this? wanna try it out but hoping to save a bit.

M Mary Wilson 1 month ago
Not really for general public usually. Your best bet for a discount is doing the annual subscription, that saves you a good chunk compared to monthly.

A Abigail W. 1 month ago
I got a code from my health coach once, but I think those are pretty specific. Otherwise, the yearly plan is the main discount most people get.

Thinking of getting Heads Up Health, but also looked at InsideTracker. Anyone have thoughts on how they compare or which is better for just personal use?

B Brittany Wright 1 month ago
I used InsideTracker for a bit, it's good for bloodwork insights, but Heads Up Health feels more like an overall dashboard for *everything*. Like, wearables, labs, even some EHR stuff. InsideTracker is more focused on biomarker optimization based on their tests.
5
M Michelle Flores 1 month ago
Heads Up Health is definitely more about pulling in data from all your different sources, not just their own tests. If you already have a bunch of devices and get labs done, Heads Up is probably better for a single view.
